1. Processing manager and data protection officer
Miva d.o.o. (“We” or “us”) respects your privacy and undertakes to protect it during and after your visit to this website, the mobile page linked to it and any micro page (which may be administered on behalf of Miva doo by a third party who normally acts as a processor) which can be accessed through this page (hereinafter referred to as the "Page" and collectively the "Pages"). In this sense Miva d.o.o. acts as the processing manager ("Processing Manager"). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) provides insight into our actions regarding the collection of information through the Pages and our use of the information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Site and does not apply to information collected through any other source, including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other third party and social media websites. 2. Types of data being processed
Through the Site, we collect and store certain personal information about you (eg information that may directly or indirectly identify you, in particular using identifiers such as name, personal identification number, location information, online identifier or one or more physical factors). , physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity ("Personal Data"). In certain cases, we may ask you to provide us with Personal Information, for example when using the order form and services we offer, commenting or asking questions, requesting information, participating in promotions, contests or sweepstakes, or using other features or functions of our Site.

The provision of Personal Data for the purposes described in items F and G is also voluntary; failure to provide such Personal Data or objection to the relevant processing of the data on an appropriate basis relating to your particular situation may be prevented by Miva d.o.o. to send advertising or direct sales materials or to conduct market research, data analytics or deliver commercial communications and / or to provide your Personal Data to selected advertising partners for their marketing purposes. We may still contact you for administrative purposes such as order confirmation or requesting your further requests.
4. Recipients
Your personal information may be disclosed, in close connection with the above purposes, only:
- entities required to place an order, deliver packages, send mail and email, remove duplicate information from customer lists, analyze data and provide marketing support, process credit card payments and provide customer services, which typically process Personal Data on behalf of Miva d.o.o. as executors of processing;
- persons authorized by Miva d.o.o. for the processing of Personal Data, which are subject to the appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (employees of Miva d.o.o.);

5. Transfer of Personal Data to third countries

6. Retention
Miva d.o.o. will process your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 2. For the purposes described in Sections 2.F and 2.G, your Personal Data will be processed until you exercise your right to object or limit the processing. In addition to the above, Miva d.o.o. will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary or permitted in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Miva d.o.o. informs you that, in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to request from Miva d.o.o. access and rectify or delete Personal Data or restrictions on the processing of your Personal Data or object to the relevant processing activity, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You also have the right to know the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your Personal Information has been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in third countries.
