Sapporo

Sapporo is the oldest Japanese brewery established in 1876 in the eponymous town. The story of this beer starts with the adventurous spirit of Seibei Nakagawa, who learned the craft in Germany and became the first master of beer in Sapporo.

In 2006, the company also purchased the Canadian Sleeman Brewery. Today, Sapporo owns five bottling plants in Japan and one in Canada, which makes it the leader in the Japanese market, and equally well-positioned in the US and European markets.

The annual production exceeds 600 million liters of beer. Only the best quality ingredients are used to produce a refreshing taste with a clean finish that can easily be combined with all kinds of dishes.
