Singha

The Singha beer is considered the national beer of Thailand. The name Singh comes from the Sanskrit word for the mythical golden lion, which is also found on the logo.

The creator of this beer is Boonrawd Sreshthaputra, who decided to produce an original Thai beer. Having completed training in beer production in Germany and Denmark, Boonrawd established the Boon Rawd Brewery, which produced the first Singha beer in 1933.
