Cossetto

The Cossetto family has always been engaged in agricultural production, with special emphasis on vines and olives. The land has always been the breadwinner of this family, in which the vine played a major role, because in these areas, life without a sip of good wine after hard work was unimaginable. They currently own eight hectares of vineyards located in the area of ​​Kaštelir and Labinci, at an altitude of 200 meters. Wine production is based on autochthonous Istrian varieties: Malvasia, Teran and Borgonja, but also some international varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and White Muscat.
