Habitat distillery was created as an idea of young enthusiasts whose wish was to add an autochthonous touch to the world-known beverage, gin. This is the reason why this distillery is named Habitat. It represents not only the local herbs that enrich the gin and future distillates but also the people and their philosophy of living in the Dubrovnik area.
