DeFratta is a family-owned winery located in Tar, Istria, born from a desire to transform generations of vineyard heritage into wines that authentically express the region. Grown on carefully selected sites where the red Istrian soil, Mediterranean sunshine and the nearby sea come together, our Malvazija istarska, Teran, Merlot and Muscat reflect the unique character of their terroir.
