Domaine du Chardonnay

In 1987, three winemakers, Etienne Borlean, Christian Simon and Wiloame Nahan, regrouped their agricultural holdings and joined forces to create Domaine du Chardonnay.

Located in the heart of the Chablis region, in an old mill on River Serein, Domaine du Chardonnay currently has 8 ha (20 acres) of vineyards with different Chablis appellations. The winery produces Petit Chablis, Chablis, and 5 types of Chablis Premier Cru.

In the process of vinification, a special emphasis is placed on the terroir and the specificity of each vineyard site, thus combining a long tradition and the most modern techniques in wine production.
