Lamorghini Wine

Since 1968, Ferruccio Lamborghini decided to leave the famous car business and return to his origins; the land, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This is how fine wines are born, which continue to write the history of this country. The extreme search for quality and the desire to highlight the characteristics of the terroir have resulted in a significant improvement in both vineyard management and winemaking, under the supervision of Riccardo Cotarella for more than 20 years. The result of this efforts has produced modern wines of the highest level.

Today, the winery owns 32 hectares of vineyards. Feruccio Lamborghini started planting different varieties of wine, in addition to the traditional sangiovese and ciliegiolo, he also planted merlot and cabernet sauvignon. In the early nineties, his daughter Patrizia Lamborghini took over the management of the estate and continued the ambition of producing high-quality, luxury wines.
