Olive oil made of the following varieties: Vodnjan buža, karbonaca, Istrian white, rosinjola and and moražola. An intense and very refined scent, with notes of freshly mown grass, mint, rosemary and sage. Very pronounced taste, with good balance between spiciness and bitterness.
