Fever-Tree Sicilian lemonade is made from some of the world´s finest lemons, grown in Sicily. In order to extract high-quality oils from the lemon peel and to create a sweeter, rounder, and more delicate flavor, a special process called “sfumatrice” is used to gently press the lemons. The lemon juice is than added to the extracted oils and spring water carbonated with very fine bubbles to produce a silky mouthfeel. The result is an amazingly zingy and refreshing, lightly carbonated lemonade with the aroma and taste of freshly squeezed lemons.
