Although the acids are lower than young Terans, compared to other wines of the same year, this Teran has just authentic, varietal, accentuated, refreshing and pleasant acids. The reason is more for such pronounced fruit aromas that usually come as esters on the wings of tartaric acids. Yes, it is 11 years old, but still fruity. The tertiary aromas are felt, of course, over time the wine has developed the spiciness of black pepper, a slight smokyness from toasted barrels and sufficiently rounded off the tannins.
