50 ml London Dry gin
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold. Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon zest.
A light and refreshing dry vermouth made with a blend of botanicals, including Sicilian lemon peel, orange peel, elderflower, cardamom, aloe and artemisia. The palate offers notes of crisp green apple, bittersweet citrus, elderflower, fresh ginger and warm spices. The finish is exceptionally long and mineral.
