Broglia's Gavi di Gavi Bruno Broglia is an award winning Cortese white wine and the top label of the winery. Made from the best parcels of Cortese grapes grown in the municipality of Gavi, from the vineyards that are between 50 and 70 years old. The grapes are harvested in wooden crates and directly transferred to the presses so that the bunches arrive there intact. These, due to their richness of structure and acidity, make it possible to obtain a great wine suitable for storage, maintaining its aromas and freshness over the years. The name Bruno Broglia is in honour of the founder of the winery.
The wine is pale straw yellow with green reflections. Rich and intense bouquet on the nose, with complex fragrances of wildflowers and honey and hint of mineral. It has a crisp and refreshing taste with a balanced acidity and flavors of citrus fruit, melon, and almond. The palate is soft, fresh and full-bodied with superb length.
