Žlahtina Grand cru is made by the manual selection of the grapes from the best parts of the vineyard. A cold fermentation for 24 hours and a sur lie method for three months are used in this wine production. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for seven months. A more intense straw yellow color and rich fruity aromas. On the nose, citrus aromas of orange, grapefruit and tangerine in combination with apple, peach and acacia notes with a light dose of herbal notes. On the palate, the wine is soft with a delicate acidity. The primary notes are followed by almond aromas. The finish is long and pleasantly bitter.
