Suavia Soave Classico is composed of 100% Garganega. Â The average age of the Garganega vines in this area is at least 40 years and the soil is of volcanic origin with different textures.
Soave Classico is vinified only in stainless steel tanks with several months’ lees contact before bottling. The wine is straw yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals fresh fragrances of fruit and white flowers, accompanied by vegetal and mineral notes. The finish is well balanced and juicy, with freshness combined with saltiness.
