Sabbienere is a young Aglianico, in which the fruit expresses the power and richness of the territory. The process of vinification is simple; the wine undergoes fermentation and maceration in steinless steel tanks for 2–3 weeks. Follows the maturation in steinless steel tanks for 8–10 months.
Intense and clear ruby-red color. The nose recalls wild fruit, liquoric, berries and earth. Well balanced in the mouth, with an intense, balsamic and savory finish.
