This sparkling wine from the Deklić Winery was made in honor of Grandma Gracijela, after whom this wine is named. It is produced in a limited quantity of 1,000 bottles per year. It was made by the champagne method out of Malvasija and Chardonnay grape varieties. On the nose as well as on the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and mineral. Primarily, the fruity aromas and aromas of white flowers are felt, followed by the buttery notes and notes of baked bread.
