Eminente Ámbar Claro is a fruity and floral Cuban rum crafted from a blend of 30% aguardientes (Cuban molasses eaux-de-vie) and light rum aged for a minimum of 3 years in white oak ex-whisky barrels.
Light gold in colour, soft and delicate on the nose with fruity notes of green apple and pear. Aromas of chamomile and vanilla, as well as notes of toasted walnut and cream caramel can be picked out alongside spicy hints of nutmeg and pepper. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit pastry tones: cooked pears with toasted spices that give the spirit a pleasant freshness
