Dom Ruinart, the visionary spirit of the oldest champagne house was the inspiration for this exquisite cuvée. It is a rare expression of the noblest chardonnay, a magical experience and a true feast for the senses. Dom Ruinart is always vintage, mixed exclusively from the grand crus of chardonnay grown in the vineyards of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
Vintage 2010 is golden yellow in color with light greenish hues. The first nose gives powdery and floral notes of iris. Later, aromas of toasted hazelnuts and almonds with citrus notes and a hint of coffee. On the palate, elegant and vibrant, with aromas of green tea and fresh spices. A pleasant, fresh and elegantly bitter finish.
