In vineyards between Lyon and Mâcon, on the shallow and granited soil, the Gamay grape variety is grown. Burgondie Moulin à Vent Beaujolais is a wine made from that variety. The harvest is done manually and maceration lasts for eight days in stainless steel tanks. Dark ruby red color. On the nose dominate aromas of black and red berry fruits with a hint of violets. The palate is rich with powerful and rounded tannins. The wine with strong character and a long-lasting finish.
