Gin Pero from the Cutura distillery is made in a collaboration with chef Pero Savanović. The gin is full of Mediterranean aromas and flavors. With juniper as the main ingredient, spruce, aronia, rosehip, orange, lemon, coriander, hibiscus, rosemary and lavender are also used. On the nose, dominate citrus aromas of lemon and orange zest followed by notes of juniper, aronia, lavender and rosemary. The gin has a gentle flavor intensity due to the delicate influence of juniper.
