A blend of Pendolino, Bianchera and Leccino. The harvest is done manully and the oil is pressed cold. Olives for the production come from olive gardens in Santa Lucia and Valle locations as well as from the olive trees growing around the winery. After pressing, olive oil has an intense olive green color that later, with aging, develops into the golden yellow with green reflection. It is full of fruity aromas, mostly green apples, while on the palate, it is spicy, typical for young olive oil.
