Reisetbauer Carrot Eau De Vie

The Resietbauer Carrot Eau De Vie is produced by distillation of 100% organic carrots. To produce liter of Carrot Eau De Vie, it is used 35 kilograms of carrots. The carrots are harvested during September and October, then chopped and fermented between eight and ten days. Distillation is done twice in copper kettles, after which the brandy is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of three years. Aromas of fresh soil, carrot juice and parsnip. On the palate, it is dry, yet pleasantly sweet with notes of fresh carrots and papaya.
