From the Côtes-de-Provance appellation comes an organic certified rosé, named Château Galoupet Cru Classé. The wine is made by rigorous selection of the grapes from forty different plots. An influence of the Mediterranean Sea and three different types of soil on the estate gives this wine an additional elegance. For the production, five varieties are used; Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, Tibouren and Cinsault Sémillon. Tiberoun, a rare and delicate varietey, known for aromas of yellow fruits, gives this wine a fine salty note. To preserve the delicate aromaticity, wine is aged between four and five months in demi-muids barrels, 600-liter French oak barrels. Expression of summer fruit on the nose. The most notable is the aroma of yellow peach, followed by exotic notes of mango and citrus aromas. On the palate, the wine is rich in fruit aromas, notes of white flowers, sweet spices, almonds and a hint of honey. Elegant aromaticity is enriched by gentle and silky structure and layered and salty finish.
