French Bloom Extra Brut alcohol‑free sparkling wine excellently represents the Limoux terroir. Grapes for this 100% Chardonnay come from a limestone, and the impact of the ocean gives this wine a salty note. This extra brut is partly aged in oak barrels, which emphasizes its complexity. A beautiful golden color and numerous bubbles. On the nose are present aromas of white flowers and dried fruits. On the palate, pleasant and mineral freshness, followed by notes of dried apricots, reveals a rich structure of this wine. A salty and mineral finish.
