This champagne is best served with oily fish like a mullet, sashimi with white fish, caramelized duck meat with roasted vegetables or citrus desserts like lemon tart.
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is a crispy and delicately aromatic rosé, ideal for summer.
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is composed of 85% Grand Cru chardonnays, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, and 15% Aÿ Grand Cru pinot noirs vinified in red. Beautiful pink color with red highlights. The first nose reveals spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, followed by citrus aromas of blood orange and kumquat. The second imperssion is more floral, with notes of violets and peonies. The palate is rich yet silky with a dominance of red currant. A delicate bitterness and saltiness in the aftertaste.
