It is also an excellent choice for creative cocktails with a spicy twist, such as a Picante-style cocktail made with lime, agave syrup and red chilli.
Brockmans Agave Cut Gin is a unique combination of the classic, aromatic Brockmans gin and a premium agave spirit from the Mexican state of Jalisco, made from blue agave. Brockmans Gin is produced in a copper still, where the botanicals are left to steep for 14 hours before undergoing a careful nine-hour distillation, resulting in a concentrated and aromatic spirit that is then diluted to its final strength of 40% ABV. Agave Cut adds fresh, green and herbal agave characteristics to the classic gin base, complemented by the subtle addition of pink grapefruit for an expressive citrus freshness. Its botanical profile includes juniper, lime, lemon and orange peel, coriander, cassia, liquorice, angelica, almond and orris root, creating a complex yet well-balanced flavour profile. On the nose, fresh citrus and green agave aromas are accompanied by the characteristic resinous notes of juniper, with subtle hints of pine and lavender. On the palate, the gin is remarkably smooth and fresh, combining green agave notes with citrus, gentle sweetness and delicate spice.
