Single malt Scotch whisky, which matures for 8 years in ex-sherry barrels, after which it has aged for at least three months in Oloroso sherry barrels. The nose is dominated by orange peel, the aroma of Christmas cake and sweet spices, while the mouth develops the taste of dried raisins and plums, and toasted nuts. The finish is long and complex, with light smoke and extremely dark chocolate.
