Dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, opens with complex aromas of black currants, blackberry, plums and dried herbs. On the palate well-balanced and elegant, with ripe tannin and mild minerality.The finish is dry, with plum re-emerging together with some nutmeg. This wine was made from biodynamically-grown grapes and has a great ageing potential.
