Cava produced from 100% Viura. The grapes come from vineyars on the southern side of the Yerge mountain, at 800 meters above sea level. After the secondary fermentation, the wine is aged on yeasts for a minimum of 36 months. Yellow in color with green reflections and pronounced aromas of apple and white fruit, which later turn into aromas of brioche, almonds and bread crust. With a pleasant freshness and plenty of small and lively bubbles that form a pleasant perlage. Well balanced, with good flavor intensity and a quite long finish, with notes of white fruit.
