Crafted from 100% blue agave harvested from the rich volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila uses the ancient method, where a large stone wheel named Tahona slowly crushes the agave, extracting a rich, flavorful juice. This process lends a distinctive, earthy character to the tequila.
Blanco Tahona has a silvery appearance and a distinctive herbal profile, with spicy notes as well as subtle hues of cooked agave, vanilla, almond, and cinnamon, with a hint of light smokiness that reminds us of the artisanal process behind it.
