Žlahtina, the variety for which Pavlomir vinery is recognizable, grows in vineyards that are between five and twenty years old. Grapes for this wine are hand-picked and the wine is matured for six months in stainless steel tanks. Wine of a light straw yellow color. On the nose, it is full of elegant fruity and floral aromas, such as apple, vineyard peach and banana notes in combination with freshly mown grass and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, slightly salty, with a light body and outstanding freshness.
