A sparkling wine made bay a traditional method from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Primary ferementation is done in stainless steel tanks, followed by second fermentation in the bottles. The wine is aged on fine lees for 18 months. Cristal clear yellow color with golden reflection. Aromatic sparkling wine rich in notes of toasted bread, honey, nuts and quince. Dry and mineral on the palate with a cremy texture. Fine and persistant pearls.
