It is known only that the junipers for the Blue Gin production must be as fresh as possible and full of Mediterranean-spicy aromas. Other ingredients used in gin production are lemon zest, coriander seeds and liquorice. It is fresh on the nose with aromas of juniper, lemon and spices. On the palate, it is gentle with pronounced citrus and herbal notes. A long, spicy finish.
