Reisetbauer Raspeberry Eau De Vie

A brandy produced from ripe and highly aromatic raspberries harvested during August and September. Raspberries are fermented in stainless steel tanks for five days at a temperatue of 16,5 °C, followed by double distillation in copper kettles. The brandy is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of three years. The main aroma of a raspberry is nicely completed with notes of sour cherries, lemon zest and almonds. Flowery finish with notes of raspberry leaves, violet and honey.
