Williams Brandy is produced from the Williams pear variety, grown in the orchards of the distillery. After the harvest is done, pears are stored in cool place for two days to ripen a little more. Later, they are chopped and mashed at a temperature of 16 °C. On the nose are present aromas of ripe fruit and spices, while on the palate, the brandy is juicy yet vibrant. A long-lasting finish with spicy notes.
