Clase Azul Tequila Plata (Blanco) is an unaged tequila made entirely from blue agave (blue Weber agave) grown in Los Altos de Jalisco. Bright and crystal clear, with fresh aromas of orange peel, lemongrass and mint and some notes of green apple. The palate is dominated with notes of vanilla, cooked agave and meyer lemon. The finish is elegant and long with herbal and citrus notes.
