To produce this wine, it is necessary to hand-harvest and then select the grapes from six vineyards: Birsalmás, Istenhegy, Holdvölgy, Padihegy, Medve, and Teleki. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are gently crushed and left in contact with the skins for six hours. After fermentation, the wine undergoes maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for seven months. The nose reveals fresh notes of mint combined with white pepper and citrus aromas. Juicy and crisp on the palate, with rich aromas of orange, nectarine, and pear. Thanks to the fine lees, the wine is enriched with a delicate, creamy texture and brioche aromas that appear in the after taste.
