A vintage alcohol‑free sparkling wine made from organic Chardonnay and aged in oak barrels for eight months. Intense golden color with copper reflection. Expressive on the nose, with dominance of aromas of brioche, caramelized walnuts, dried figs and apricots. On the palate, the wine is mineral yet creamy. Notes of plums and white chocolate are present. An intense finish with aromas of dried fruits.
