Delicate notes of white flowers and tropical fruit on the nose are followed by notes of peaches and apricots on the palate. A fresh, mineral and well-balanced sparkling wine with fine perlage.

A sparkling rosé wine made out of organic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. A salmon-pink color, enhanced by a fine effervescence. On the nose are present aromas of roses, followed by a rhubarb note. Red berries such as strawberries and raspberries on the palate, followed by notes of cherries and peaches. Well-balanced sparkling wine with a fine freshness, beautiful perlage, and a fruity finish.
