This wine carries the Sicilia DOC designation and comes from the Serra Ferdinandea vineyard in Sambuca di Sicilia, at an altitude of 411 meters. It is made from a carefully balanced blend of 50% Grillo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc, cultivated according to biodynamic principles and the SOStain® protocol. Grown on mineral-rich, limestone soils, the wine expresses remarkable freshness and minerality. Vinified partially in stainless steel and oak, and aged for 10 months, it displays a yellow color with greenish highlights, with aromas of flint, fresh grass, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is balanced, mineral, and elegant, with excellent structure and a long finish. Ideal for immediate enjoyment, yet with the potential to age gracefully for 4-5 years.
