Crafted exclusively from 100% Timorasso, Piedmont's most distinctive indigenous white grape, this wine is a pure expression of its remarkable terroir. Hand-harvested grapes are meticulously selected before undergoing gentle whole-cluster pressing to preserve their purity and aromatic precision.
Spontaneous fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in French Chassin oak barrels, enhancing both the wine's complexity and its varietal character without overshadowing its vibrant fruit. The wine is then matured for a minimum of nine months in a combination of new and neutral French Chassin barriques, lending texture, depth, and remarkable finesse while preserving Timorasso's hallmark minerality.
The bouquet is elegant and expressive, revealing delicate aromas of jasmine, citrus blossom, fresh mint, and subtle floral nuances. The palate is layered and refined, offering flavours of white peach, ripe citrus, toasted hazelnut, and sweet spices, all framed by vibrant acidity. A persistent finish unfolds with notes of lemon zest and a striking mineral character.
Equally captivating in its youth and with age, this Timorasso has outstanding cellaring potential. Over the next 5–10 years, it will evolve beautifully, developing complex notes of honey and beeswax, while maintaining the freshness and mineral precision that define this exceptional variety.
