Zuani

Zuani is a family winery located on the hills of Giasbana, in a municipality, San Floriano del Collio. Vineyards and gardens, located on gentle slopes, surround the winery, cellar and the Zuani casa. The winery is open with a goal to create unique and high-quality wines, typical for the region. Vineyards around the winery located in the heart of Collio are grown on a soil made of marl and sandstone, known as ponca. Harvest is done exclusively manually and the vinification is done in temperature-controlled conditions. The winery offers four different labels, two from single varieties, Pinot Grigio and Ribolla Gialla, and the other two are blends, Collio Bianco and Collio Bianco Riserva.
