Collio Blanco Riserva, as well as Collio Blanco, is made from Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. After the cold fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels on the fine lees. Battonage is firstly done daily and later weekly. Pale golden color, on the nose are present citrus notes with subtle hints of vanilla and toasted bread. Thanks to the later harvest, the wine is on the palate rich in aromas of ripe fruits, like yellow apples, pears and apricots. A complex and creamy wine, with a pleasant freshness and a long-lasting finish.
