Pinot Grigio, as a well-known variety in the world, shows excellent results in the Italian region Friuli Venezia Giulia. Zuani Pinot Grigio is vinified in stainless steel tanks to keep its recognizable aromatic character and minerality. After the fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees for five months, following the aging in the bottles between two and three months. Straw yellow color, on the nose are present notes of tropic and stone fruits. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and with good minerality.
