Petrač Bregh Sparkling wine
Continental Croatia, Croatia
In the last years, the Bregh sparkling wine has been slowly but surely climbing the popularity scale, and the analysis reveals the reason for that. This is a very rich sparkling wine and belongs to what is considered a full body among sparkling wines. Namely, it is produced by the traditional method of fermentation in a bottle and aged on yeast for 30 months, but it is also on the upper limit of the gross category, and this combination certainly suits the domestic audience. Fullness and creaminess in the first place and then fruity aromas. It is made entirely of chardonnay and is not a classic aperitif sparkling wine.
