Ableforth's Aerolite Lyndsay Whisky

Aerolite Lyndsay is a single malt whisky that has matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels for 10 years, achieving its unique and complex character. The unusual name of this whisky from Islay Island is actually the acronym for "Ten years old Islay". The aromas of smoke and lemon and some green apple appear first on the nose. Then came the salted caramel and smoked paprika. Very creamy in the mouth, with flavors of dark mint and coffee chocolate.
