Scapegrace Black is the world's first naturally black gin. When mixed with a tonic, its color change to purple-pink. This gin is made from a blend of unusual botanicals, including chokeberry, saffron, pineapple, dried butterfly pea flower and sweet potato. Each of the botanicals  is carefully distilled at precise temperatures and in a defined sequence, in order to to create a black gin. Scapegrace black is a gin with unexpected flavour profile, with tropical jet earthy notes. Crisp and floral, with traces of citrus and sweet spices. With a smooth pineapple and citrus finish.
