Aneo s gre禳kom crni is a blend of Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Blaufr瓣nkisch and Cabernet franc. Each variety is separately fermented in amphora of 1100 1200 liters, after which they are mixed together and returned to the amphora for aging.The wine is a deep ruby red color with pronounced aromas of red and black fruit, especially cherries, currants and blueberries. On the palate again lots of red fruit, with nicely integrated tannins and quite high alcohol. The particularity of this wine is the pronounced fruitiness and pleasant freshness, and the fact that it does not contain the usual spicy aromas characteristic for ageing in wood. The goal was to produce a serious red wine with lots of fruitiness, yet soft, drinkable and with a long finish.
