Čaruga is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. Deep ruby red in colour. The aromas of red and black fruit stand out, especially plums and cherries, mixed with spicy vanilla and smoke notes, from ageing in oak and chestnut barrique barrels. In the mouth strong and full, with nicely integrated and softened tannins. The finish is long and complex, with a dose of fruitiness.
